We are seeking some well-qualified Cambodian applicants to fill the position of Training Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Achievement of training and action plan.
  • Quality of training modules.
  • Effectiveness of training activities.
  • Efficiency of employees’ performance in the training unit.
  • Fairness and quality of trainees.

Duties :

  • Participating in developing strategies for staff development.
  • Coordinating and update annual training needs assessment (TNA).
  • Developing training and action plan.
  • Organizing external training (including study tour).
  • Coordinating annual or quarterly action plan for Training Unit.
  • Facilitating in conducting new training courses.
  • Developing and improving training procedures if necessary.
  • Monitoring, and evaluating the performance of staff in training unit.
  • Developing new lessons and session plan (including cooperating with Marketing Department).
  • Preparing activities reports of Training Unit for Human Resources Manager and other related persons.

Requirements:

  • Between 25-40 years old.
  • Master Degree in banking and Finance or related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in pedagogy (develop lesson and training skill), training and management.
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English.
  • A sound working knowledge of MS-Office, E-mail, and Internet.
  • Good interpersonal skill, high creativity.
  • Working experience with MFI or bank is preferable.
